Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees

Your dough is wrapped in tin foil (this can be used to wrap around the crust if you like it soft)

Spoon over your burnt aubergine
-
Pop in oven for 6-8 minutes

Take out and dress with your red cabbage slaw

Drizzle on sesame dressing

Top with sumac yogurt
This pizza takes us back to where our journey was born Africa. It was whilst driving 10,000 miles from Nairobi to Kenya when we stumbled across Well-Wishes nursery school in Northern Malawi. The school was being built and they had no funding for their feeding program. How could we help? Pizza with purpose.
