The Big Smoke
Cooking instructions

Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees

Your dough is wrapped in tin foil (this can be used to wrap around the crust if you like it soft)

Spoon over onion jam and roast potatoes mix
-
Top with home smoked mozzarella
-
Bake for 6-8 minutes
-
Sprinkle on fried rosemary
-
Lightly dust with burnt onion powder
We both started out working in the city - Ed at Bulb and Calum at Morgan Stanley - but we left The Big Smoke to make pizza with purpose. To provide those without food a warm meal.
