Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees

Your dough is wrapped in tin foil (this can be used to wrap around the crust if you like it soft)

Spoon San Marzano tomatoes on top evenly

Pop in oven for 6-8 minutes until it looks amazing

Remove from oven and break burrata on top

Scatter with mint

Drizzle with extra virgin oil
This is our favourite pizza. We're two guys with one dream: eat good, do good. The eat good? Well, this creamy burrata is sensational with our slow cooked San Mazarno tomatoes. The do good? This slice provides a meal to someone sleeping on the streets.
